At Polymer Coatings and Inks we are very much aware that quality is an uncompromising factor, keeping that in mind, we have a separate quality control department which functions 24 hrs. in 3 shifts and is equipped with all necessary equipments.

Shade Matching: We match our shades according to the PANTONE SHADE CARD received from the customer. This is done through SPECTROPHOTOMETER in our laboratory. This is BYK make from a reputed company. We also do manual matching by vision which is also very appropriate and of perfect accuracy. Manual matching is done where the color match is not case sensitive. Any mismatch in shade can occur if the specific sample of substrate is not provided. In this case the company will not be responsible. There fore we always suggest sending us a sample substrate with the printing to avoid conflicts wherever necessary. We also match our inks in different light intensities and at different color appearances.

Colour Consistency : We always focus on the factor of colour consistency. If not maintained barriers are likely to come and this may result in a back lock to improvement. For this our quality team is always on work. We do not compromise on quality affairs and do not tolerate use of nonstandard ingredients into our system.

Quality and parameters: This utmost lookout to maintain the quality with the parameters of the ink for which it is to be used. We do not dispatch our inks unless and until we attain utmost satisfaction to meet the quality standards..
